Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By purchasing or engaging in services through this website or funnel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue the purchase or service process.

2. Scope of Services

The service includes custom digital services such as funnel design and strategy, automation setup, CRM integration, and consulting — as outlined on the sales or booking page.

All work is tailored to your business. While every effort is made to deliver a system that supports your goals, no guarantees of income, performance, or results are made. Your success depends on your business model, market, traffic, and implementation.

3. Payments & Billing

All payments are final and non-refundable.

By submitting payment, you authorize Convert & Flow with Kath to charge your card or payment method for the agreed amount.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled installments.

Failure to complete payments may result in:

→ Suspension or termination of services

→ Revoked access to deliverables or licensed assets

→ Possible collection action for outstanding balances

Ownership and usage rights of all deliverables are transferred only after full payment has been received.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and digital nature of this service, all sales are final. Once project work has begun or onboarding has started, no refunds or cancellations will be issued.

If a project is paused or delayed by the client, remaining balances are still due based on the original payment agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and successful project, you agree to:

→ Provide all requested information, content, and access credentials in a timely manner

→ Communicate promptly and participate in scheduled check-ins or reviews

→ Approve drafts, designs, and deliverables within agreed timelines

Delays in providing assets or feedback may extend the project timeline. Such delays will not warrant a refund or credit.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All funnel strategies, frameworks, copy, designs, and materials developed by Convert & Flow with Kath remain the intellectual property of the creator unless otherwise stated in writing.

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables solely within your business.

You may not:

→ Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any templates or frameworks

→ Reuse the design or copy for other brands, clients, or commercial purposes without written permission

You retain ownership of your brand assets (logos, images, copy, and media) provided for the project.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information, assets, and business data shared throughout the project.

This includes, but is not limited to, business systems, client lists, strategies, or any proprietary information.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal and business data is collected only for onboarding, communication, and service delivery.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

All sensitive data is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

9. Testimonials & Portfolio Use

By default, you grant permission for Convert & Flow with Kath to showcase non-sensitive aspects of your project (e.g., visuals, funnel structure, or general results) as part of our portfolio, website, or social proof marketing.

You may request in writing to opt out of having your project publicly featured.

10. Limitation of Liability

Convert & Flow with Kath is not responsible for:

→ Loss of business revenue or profits

→ Platform or software issues outside our control

→ Ad account restrictions, technical failures, or third-party policy changes

→ Misuse, mismanagement, or modification of delivered assets after project completion

You remain solely responsible for your business decisions, advertising practices, and compliance with legal or platform regulations.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or decline service if client behavior is deemed abusive, unethical, or in violation of these terms.
In such cases, services will be discontinued and no refunds will be issued.

Should either party wish to end the project early, written notice is required. Any completed work up to that point remains billable and payable.

12. Project Timeline & Revisions

Each project includes a clear start and completion timeline.

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the proposal or onboarding document.

Requests outside of the original project scope may incur additional fees and extended timelines.

13. Terms Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in policies or regulations. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
