Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a Discovery Call with Kathrine of Convert & Flow With Kath (KL Designs and Services). By booking an appointment through our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of the Discovery Call
The Discovery Call is a complimentary, no-obligation consultation between you and Kathrine. The purpose of this call is to:
→ Understand your current business situation and goals
→ Assess whether the Convert & Flow™ Framework is the right fit for your business
→ Answer any questions you may have about our services
Booking a Discovery Call does not constitute a purchase, agreement, or commitment to any paid services. No payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Appointment Booking
By booking a Discovery Call, you confirm that:
→ The information you provide (name, email address, and any other requested details) is accurate and complete
→ You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
→ You are booking on behalf of yourself or a business you are authorized to represent
→ You will attend the call at the scheduled date and time, or provide adequate notice if you need to reschedule
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your Discovery Call:
→ Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment using the link provided in your confirmation email
→ No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in your request to rebook being declined at our discretion
→ Convert & Flow With Kath reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to you
4. No Purchase Obligation
The Discovery Call is exploratory in nature. You are under no obligation to purchase any services following this call. Any proposal, pricing, or service agreement discussed during the call will be presented separately and will require your explicit written consent before any work or payment is initiated.
5. Confidentiality
During the Discovery Call, both parties may share business information of a sensitive nature. We agree to:
→ Keep all information shared during the call confidential
→ Not disclose your business details, strategies, or personal information to third parties without your consent
→ Use your information solely to assess fit and provide relevant service recommendations
By booking, you also agree not to share or distribute any proprietary information, frameworks, or strategies shared by Kathrine during the call without prior written permission.
6. Use of Your Information
When you book a Discovery Call, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide through our booking form. This information is used to:
→ Confirm and manage your appointment
→ Send you relevant reminders and follow-up communications
→ Understand your business needs before our call
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. You may opt out of follow-up communications at any time by replying to any of our emails with 'Unsubscribe.'
7. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, methodologies, strategies, and materials discussed or shared during the Discovery Call — including the Convert & Flow™ Framework — are the intellectual property of KL Designs and Services. Nothing shared during the call grants you a license or right to use, reproduce, or distribute these materials.
8. Restricted Use of Strategies & Consultation Insights
This section is important. Please read it carefully.
Any strategies, funnel structures, automation logic, system architectures, workflows, recommendations, or business insights shared by Kathrine during the Discovery Call are shared solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential working engagement.
You expressly agree that:
→ All strategic information, frameworks, and recommendations shared during the call are for evaluation purposes only and may not be implemented, replicated, or executed by you, your team, or any third party
→ The strategies and insights shared during the Discovery Call may only be implemented if Kathrine of Convert & Flow With Kath (KL Designs and Services) is formally engaged and contracted to execute the work
→ You will not use the information gathered during the call to instruct, brief, or hire another service provider, contractor, freelancer, or employee to build, replicate, or execute any system, funnel, or strategy discussed
→ You will not attempt to independently implement any strategies, workflows, automations, or funnel structures discussed during the call without a formal agreement with Convert & Flow With Kath
Unauthorized use of strategies or insights shared during the Discovery Call constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and misappropriation of proprietary business methodology. Convert & Flow With Kath reserves the right to pursue appropriate remedies in the event of a breach.
By booking this call, you acknowledge that the strategic value shared during the consultation is a proprietary service of KL Designs and Services and agree to honor the boundaries outlined above.
9. Disclaimer
The Discovery Call and any information shared during it is provided for informational and consultative purposes only. While Kathrine brings significant expertise and experience, results discussed or referenced are not guaranteed. Business outcomes vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Convert & Flow With Kath is not liable for any business decisions made based on information shared during the Discovery Call.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KL Designs and Services, its owner, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your booking or attendance of the Discovery Call.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KL Designs and Services operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website at convertandflowwithkath.com. Continued use of our booking system constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
